North Middlesex University Hospital, one of London’s busiest acute hospitals, is seeking an experienced midwife to join their committed and devoted maternity department. North Mid Trust sees over 2,000 patients a day and has one of the most impressive maternity departments in the UK, offering a number of specialist maternity clinics including antenatal care clinic, birth options clinic, birth reflections clinic, foetal medicine clinic, recurrent miscarriage unit, teenage pregnancy clinic, and many more. With such an expansive department and some of the most expert maternity staff in the country, the opportunity to optimise one’s skills across several specialisms is endless. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified midwife to apply their skills at one of London’s busiest hospitals, and fast-track their career by working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team.
Important Requirements:
- RMN Registered Specialised midwife, CTG & NLA qualified
- At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
- Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
