University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) are searching for a motivated and passionate Band 5 or 6 Registered Critical Care Nurse (ICU) to join their highly skilled team. UCLH is one of the most complex NHS trusts in the UK, serving a large and diverse population. We provide academically led acute and specialist services, to people from the local area, from throughout the United Kingdom and overseas.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality patient care; whilst working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Day-to-day work will be in line with the trust policies, objectives, protocols, and local guidelines in accordance with NMC regulations.
Requirements
- NMC Registration & ITU qualified
- At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
- Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and an ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centered approach
