The hospital\’s ICAT are a consultant-led multidisciplinary team specialising in Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments (CGA), offering support to elderly patients within the hospital and across the community in their own homes. The hospital consistently provide a caring approach to elderly patients, determining a frail older person\’s medical conditions, mental health, functional capacity, and social circumstances, in order for the dedicated clinical team to formulate a clear plan for rehabilitation and support for long-term treatment.This is a superb opportunity for a qualified nurse to really hone their skills in geriatric care and challenge themselves to reach their upmost potential.
