Essential Requirements:

1. NMC Registration
2. At least 6 months NHS and A&E experience in the last 3 years
3. Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and an ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
