Job Title: SHO Doctor – General Surgery

Position Overview

As a SHO Doctor in General Surgery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our Surgical specialties. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus on either Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery, depending on your interests and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional care within the Surgical specialties, with a focus on either Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery.
• Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and treatment planning for patients.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Medical Qualification: Hold a medical degree with completion of Foundation Training (equivalent to CT1/2 level).
• GMC Registration: Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration.
• Surgical Interest: Demonstrated keen interest in pursuing a career in General Surgery, with a specific inclination towards Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery.
• Professional Development: Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
