About the Role
As a Phlebotomist, you will:
- Perform venepuncture on patients as requested by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and correct sample collection.
- Deliver a high-quality, patient-centred service in line with UKAS accreditation standards.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team and across outreach services.
What Weβre Looking For
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- At least 6 months phlebotomy experience in the NHS in the last 3 years.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
- Commitment to infection control, health and safety, and Trust values.
