Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Bookings Partner. Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners are the UK's leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions to the NHS. Bank Partners supports healthcare professionals to work flexibly whilst providing cover for gaps in rosters that would otherwise impact patient safety. We work in partnership with our clients to reduce agency spend, improve governance and elevate their flexible workforce models.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Proactively call healthcare professionals to confirm availability, target suitable candidates for priority shifts and build a pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availability.
- Retain healthcare workers by building a continual relationship, gaining buy-in, rapport and trust.
- Liaise with our internal teams to gain insight on priority areas and to provide updates on progress.
- Manage our shared mailbox, responding to queries from clients and healthcare professionals.
