As a Bank Scrub Practitioner, you are invaluable to us. You will be able to demonstrate a desire to work as part of a team, to develop skills in new and innovative procedures, and be competent in basic IT applications.
Your Role:
- Provide expert scrub support for a broad variety of complex surgical procedures
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred care with supervision and support
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment, aligned with NMC/HCPC and CQC standards
- Supervise and mentor junior and unqualified team members to ensure consistently high standards of care
What You'll Bring:
- NMC or HCPC registration as a Registered Nurse or ODPA
- A passion for high-quality perioperative care and patient safety
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
