Your Role- Provide expert scrub support for a broad variety of complex surgical procedures
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centred care with supervision and support
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment, aligned with NMC/HCPC and CQC standards
- Supervise and mentor junior and unqualified team members to ensure consistently high standards of care
- NMC or HCPC registration as a Registered Nurse or ODP
- A passion for high-quality perioperative care and patient safety
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Experience in preparing and handling a wide range of surgical equipment and medical devices
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and individualised patient care
