Case Handler / Property Services Executive Cardiff / Wrexham / Llanelli £Competitive Salary We have an opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team and be responsible for delivering relevant property schemes and maintain close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders (e.g. Applicants, Leaseholders, Businesses, Lenders, Registered Social Landlords. Retrofit Coordinators and internal teams) to ensure smooth overall delivery of Property Services. With great attention to detail, you will manage detailed application requests, from the initial eligibility stages through to successful application, conducting robust due diligence and adhering to regulatory responsibilities and customer requirements. You’ll draft and issue valuation and Retrofit Coordinator instructions and will be responsible for reviewing the relevant reports and communicate proposed value/offer to applicants. Managing a portfolio of cases, regularly liaising with Applicants, businesses, leaseholders, IFA’s and RSL’s RC’s. You’ll facilitate loan applications, ensuring accuracy and submitting loan sanction papers for approval and coordinate the completion process, from notices to arranging payments and legal fees.
