Provide client service support to Relationship Managers with a broad range of client focused operational tasks including:

  • Account openings
  • Daily account monitoring
  • Order inputs

Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts.

Maintain client data and reports, such as:

  • Contact lists
  • Account numbers
  • Facilities details
  • Status of credit reviews/renewals

Maintain the updated record of all client documentation, monitor risk dashboards/MI, resolve alerts before deadlines and produce presentation material for client review meetings and pitches.

Handle administrative duties including:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing correspondences
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Arranging meetings and receptions
  • Producing presentation materials

Ensure adherence to regulations and applicable policies and procedures.

Understand the basic mechanism of common financial products and services.

Academic & Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions, preferably wealth management companies.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
  • Good understanding of financial products and services.
