We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service I to join our EMEA Corporate Trust, Structure Finance Client Service team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Relationship Management team in the pre‑mandate conversations and business development initiatives to identify and clarify the offering from Corporate Trust and address relevant queries from clients.
  • Work with the Transaction Management Group to ensure the operational aspects of the transaction are in line with BAU processes and, if required, make sure that any non‑BAU processes are captured and documented accordingly.
  • Support the client on a day‑to‑day basis making sure all operational services are delivered to the client in accordance with our contractual obligations.
  • Build trust and good working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent client service delivery and understanding of clients’ needs.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of services provided both within Corporate Trust and across the firm to be able to provide the clients with tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of capital markets operational processes and procedures and demonstrate an understanding of the commercial rationale, structure, risks, and rewards associated with transactions.

Qualifications:

  • An understanding of Structured Finance deal structures.
  • Knowledge of the Debt Issuance markets, primarily Euroclear and Clearstream.
  • Management of a client portfolio and/or process.
