Key Responsibilities
- Own the governance and reporting requirements for a major, cross-functional transformation programme that will also have significant third-party involvement.
- Define and embed a hybrid delivery structure across Product and Project initiatives, with excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Provide project management and reporting support to wider business initiatives, including reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
- Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure continuous alignment against scope, timelines and budget.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change delivery, impacts, benefits, and risks.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience of Programme or Project lead roles within banking, management consultancy, or a regulated start-up environment.
- Excellent understanding of Agile product delivery and Waterfall project management, with relevant certifications and demonstrable experience of being able to embed methodology.
- Experience of delivering projects that involve payment schemes or core banking.
- Proven track record of managing product or business change within a regulated environment, showcasing both Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies.
