This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board. Bank of London is one of only six UK clearing banks with direct access to the country's payment systems. Built on modern, cloud-native technology, we provide businesses with secure, API-driven banking that's fast, compliant, and built for growth. Our role is simple: help ambitious businesses turn their plans into reality by removing barriers and simplifying complexity. If you want to work where technology meets banking, where security comes first, and where your work directly enables business ambition, you're in the right place.

We're looking for somebody who:

  • Takes ownership instinctively: when you encounter a problem, your first response is to seek a solution, not identify blame.
  • Is highly pro‐active and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, resource‐constrained start‐up environment.
  • Communicates with empathy and ease to stakeholders at every level of the business, understanding the different needs of Board, Executive and business teams.
  • Can think strategically by understanding the bigger picture and how individual initiatives contribute to our strategic objectives, whilst also being able to troubleshoot by getting into the detail.
  • Contributes positively to team and workplace culture, actively seeking ways to help others by building strong and authentic working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Transformation & Change Lead to drive workstreams within our programme, putting together detailed activity plans and milestones.
  • Retain a relentless focus on identifying and managing dependencies, with focus on critical path delivery.
  • Maintain project governance and prepare management updates as required.
  • Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure continuous alignment against scope, timelines and budget.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change delivery, impacts, benefits, and risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience managing complex delivery that has multiple third‐party stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of how to use a hybrid Waterfall & Agile methodology.
  • Experience of delivering projects that involve payment scheme implementations or core banking platform migrations would be highly advantageous.
