We're looking for somebody who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Transformation & Change Lead to drive workstreams within our programme, putting together detailed activity plans and milestones.
- Retain a relentless focus on identifying and managing dependencies, with focus on critical path delivery.
- Maintain project governance and prepare management updates as required.
- Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure continuous alignment against scope, timelines and budget.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication on change delivery, impacts, benefits, and risks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience managing complex delivery that has multiple third‐party stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of how to use a hybrid Waterfall & Agile methodology.
- Experience of delivering projects that involve payment scheme implementations or core banking platform migrations would be highly advantageous.
