It provides services such as Deposit-as-a-Service (DaaS), Embedded Banking, real-time Clearing, Payments, and Settlement, as well as Commercial Banking tailored to businesses. Powered by proprietary technology, the bank collaborates with SAP Fioneer to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted adviser to teams across the bank, providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance.
  • Help design and improve policies, processes, and controls that keep the Bank safe, compliant and client-focused.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on our products and services.
  • Carry out compliance monitoring reviews, identify issues and track remediation.
  • Support regulatory engagement, including drafting responses and preparing colleagues for supervisory meetings.
  • Contribute compliance input to the development of new products and services.
  • Deliver engaging training and awareness sessions that bring compliance to life.
  • Help foster a culture where compliance is part of how we do things every day.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of UK financial regulation (PRA, FCA) and how it applies to banks and payment services firms, in particular the Payment Services Regulations, Consumer Duty, governance and conduct related rules.
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory role, ideally in banking or payments.
  • Clear, confident communication skills that can translate complex regulation into plain language.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise and deliver multiple priorities.
  • A pragmatic, problem-solving approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.

Location
London (5 days per week in the office). Travel to other locations may be required on occasion.
