- Actively manage interest rate, FX, and liquidity risks on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with risk appetite, policy and regulatory requirements.
- Support collateral monitoring and management across relevant UK payment schemes.
- Strategic Treasury Development
- Act as a first line of defence for asset and liability management, contributing to strong controls, risk management, and effective governance.

- Serve as Secretary to the Bank’s ALCO (Asset & Liability Committee), managing agendas, preparing packs, and tracking actions.
- Input into the annual development of the ILAAP, including coordination across teams and shepherding through internal governance.
- Support the optimisation of the balance sheet, including efficient cash deployment and funding strategy.
- Contribute to the management of correspondent banking relationships and deposit aggregator programmes.
- Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Treasury function within a regulated bank, with hands-on responsibility for liquidity, cash, and intraday funding.
