What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in financial services. Northridge is unique in that we offer an end to end experience. Starting from the intermediary interaction to dealing with the end customer and everything in-between. Upskill opportunities are readily available which means internal progression is an everyday reality within Northridge Finance.

Please note this team work on a shift pattern basis and candidates need to be available to work evenings and weekends.

In this role you will –

  • Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
  • Handle customer/dealer queries as they arise by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
  • Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process
  • Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, and provide a high level of service to customers, colleagues and intermediaries
  • Be flexible in relation to working hours, we operate an out of hours service on a rota basis.
