The Directorate works in partnership with stakeholders across the bank to deliver the Bank's strategic priorities through effective strategic planning and prioritisation, portfolio planning and assurance, and the successful delivery of change initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Performance and Evaluation to join our new strategic planning team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement a consistent approach to performance management and evaluation to inform the Bank's strategy and optimal use of resources, evidencing the delivery of value for money.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to think critically and creatively about business challenges. You will be instrumental in leading and building this team and helping the organisation to mature its approach, identifying opportunities and informing and supporting strategic decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
You will be accountable for a range of activities including:
- Performance Management and Evaluation: Develop, execute and support others in the delivery, execution and continuous improvement of a refreshed and consistent performance framework which supports development of meaningful outcome indicators and KPI, and ultimately supports others in the execution of the Bank's strategic priorities.
- Leadership and Management: You will be part of the senior team in Strategic Planning, building a high-performing team which operates in a supportive and collaborative manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a varied range of individuals including Governors, EDs, COOs and staff more broadly in Directorates to align business goals and ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
