You will then prepare for an upcoming sprint planning session, build an understanding of team capacity, and work with stakeholders to agree priorities. This could be followed by reviewing a supplier quote and starting the renewal process well in advance of expiry, working collaboratively with procurement, legal, and risk colleagues. Around the middle of the day, there is the opportunity to take a break and enjoy lunch with colleagues in the canteen. Later, you will represent the area at the Weekly Service Review, sharing updates such as aged tickets and helping teams work through complex or challenging issues. You might also catch up with a team member to confirm plans for an upcoming failover test, before finishing your day by attending a scorecard meeting with one of our key suppliers to review performance and next steps.
