This is an entry-level role designed to provide on the job training and hands-on experience in the chosen field. You will work closely with seasoned professionals to gain valuable insights, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a strong foundation for your career.
- Report to Head of Compliance
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of compliance and AML program and initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Assist in AML/CFT name screening on a daily basis in a timely manner
- Coordinate with relevant departments/personnel to resolve any name screening issues including system issues
- Assist in the preparation of AML/CFT name screening statistics and reporting
- Assist in the preparation of training and guidance materials relating to name screening
- Undertake any other additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by department head
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree from reputable Universities
- Strong interest in compliance and eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written with ability to interact comfortably with a variety of stakeholders
