Position Overview
This position will report to the Head of HR and Administration. Support the department head in managing and providing the full spectrum of HR and General Administrative services. Areas responsible include recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits including payroll management & salary review, staff welfare and staff benefits, expatriate management, employee relations etc and overall office general administration.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related field.
- At least 4 years of work experience as a HR Generalist in the banking industry.
- A team player as well as able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken Chinese.
- Literacy in Chinese Language is a pre-requisite as the incumbent needs to prepare and submit documents and reports in Chinese to Head Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
