Job Scope
- Develop automation scripts/programs (Windows batch, PowerShell, C++, Bash, etc.) to reduce manual toll.
- Creation and maintenance of customized script for report generation.
- Document runbooks, troubleshooting guides and best practices.
- IT project support, where required.
- IT asset management including replacement and maintenance.
- Performing hardware/user access setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktop and other IT devices.
- Assess IT issues, determine solutions and liaise with end users and Head Office for issue investigation/user requests where needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Recent graduates with a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
- 1 year in IT support roles or relevant experience in financial institutions; candidates without experience with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, server data access commands, able to read stored procedure code, and have experience in huge data access.
- Good knowledge of security best practices in application reliability.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (PowerShell, Windows batch, Python, Bash, etc.), Microsoft .NET C#, or Java applications.
- Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure, networking and system administration.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English as role needs to liaise with Head Office in Mandarin.
