Responsibilities
- With solid financial product and risk knowledge and experience, dynamically capture customer needs and potential market opportunities, providing the management with timely and professional product development strategies and recommendations.
- Fast learner and able to integrate information from multiple aspects to achieve a deep understanding.
- Apply new market trends and new technologies in product development with consideration of reality needs.
- Able to independently perform product development tasks, including but not limited to designing workflow, drafting system UR, conducting PDD and coordinating development projects.
- Able to continuously review daily products and procedures with a developmental perspective.
- Propose and complete optimization of products or procedures in a timely manner.
- Focus on customer needs, and sensitive to risks.
- Always pay attention to compliance principles, and being efficient and effective.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business Administration, Investment, Economics or related subjects.
- Professional qualifications in CFA, FRM and equivalent will be an advantage.
- 8+ years relevant working experience in financial market product development, or similar experiences in the financial industry.
- Profound knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations and policies of the financial markets.
- Strong project management skill.
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
- Problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Strong determination and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, as this role involves communications with China and SEAsian institutions.
