The HR and Training department’s objective is to advise, support, and partner with the business, enabling the Bank to achieve its strategic mission and goals. The department supports all business lines and support functions across the Bank. As a Senior Officer – HR Analytics, you will be responsible for data analysis, production of Management Information (MI), and reporting to support people solutions and decision-making processes for business development. You will also support complex HR issues and report any known risks or issues in a timely manner whilst upholding the values of the Bank in reaching its target culture. This is a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics on a monthly basis, providing insights on key metrics and trends to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes. This will include the calculation of retention, turnover, internal mobility, and absence rates (planned and unplanned).
- Analyse relevant HR data, metrics, and statistics in order to apply data to make relevant recommendations in relation to enhancements of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, maintaining a high standard for data governance and compliance.
- Analyse employees’ answers to internal surveys such as engagement surveys and exit interviews.
- Coordinate MI requests from other departments.
- Assist the department with relevant HR projects and Bank-wide projects whilst also contributing to the continuous improvement of these initiatives.
- Work alongside the Remuneration and Nomination Committee (RNC) Secretary, collating and preparing MI on a quarterly basis.
- Assist in the rollout, implementation, and training of HR modules in relation to the Bank’s current HRIS.
- Analyse and design culture data, metrics, and statistics to meet the Bank’s DEI initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree educated in HR or Business Administration.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Analytics (HR preferable).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills gained in a Financial Services environment in HR.
- Ability to analyse, manipulate, and present data.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative and a solution-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent English communication skills. Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
