Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Law firm on the checking and clarification of retail mortgage documentation.
- Perform all aspects of disbursement, payments and redemption pertaining to Loan Processing.
- Ensure compliance in safekeeping of all security and confidential documentations are strictly adhered.
- Review and ensure all relevant conditions precedents are met before activation of credit facility.
- Achieve or exceed given specific performance standards in both turnaround time and accuracy.
- Performing general maintenance including data input, related report and preparation of legal profile.
- Participate in all process improvement of system projects or enhancements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma and above.
- At least 1 year banking related experience in accounting, loan operations, or law firm preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Application (Excel and Word).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset.
- Able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently while under pressure to deliver with tight deadlines.
