Job Description: We are looking for an experienced front office Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our revenue generating lines of business in EMEA. Working within a team of Recruiters, you will bring your expertise and technical knowledge to our Global Markets, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Research, Enterprise Credit, Global Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions, and Quantitative Strategies and Data clients working across several locations within the EMEA region. Core to the role will be understanding business needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies, including managing search firm relationships, screening/interviewing candidates, partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings and hiring plans. Responsibilities: Partner with the assigned business groups to provide both consultative and transactional recruitment support to deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition process. Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manage requisition within the applicant tracking system (Workday). Partner closely with colleagues within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Generalist teams as well as Compensation, Onboarding, L&LD, Mobility. Provide accurate real-time reporting on open positions and progress against the hiring plans. Provide regular market information from internal and external sources, advising clients of competitor activity, availability of talent, salary trends, and hiring best practices. Screen CVs in line with the hiring managers’ requirements. Ensure that the right candidates are recruited in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ownership and efficient execution of the new hire approval process working closely with global colleagues. Ownership of successful transition from offer stage through resignation to start date. Search firm relationship management, including performance monitoring and governance. Actively manage risk around selection decisions, interview panels, hiring restrictions, and compensation decisions. Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employment. Responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations, governance, and reporting. Facilitate creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences. Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations. Experience: Previous Talent Acquisition experience within the Investment Banking industry, with exposure to Front Office / Revenue Generating clients, passionate about knowing the detail and striving to be regarded as a subject matter expert. Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups with the ability to tailor your approach to the client base. Experience managing high volumes of hiring. Ability to manage client expectations and relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleagues. Must possess strong ability to develop rapport with all levels of hiring managers and candidates. Experience managing search firm relationships. Outstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reporting. Ability to prioritize in a high volume and sometimes pressurized environment. Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate and timely completion of tasks. Open, accountable, and collaborative in working style. Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion. Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-through abilities.
