Description: This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions and having in-depth conversations to understand clients\’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the bank\’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
