The Quality Control Analyst evaluates and provides feedback on the execution of processes handled by the Consumer Investments Operations and Life Services teams to help ensure adherence to and proper execution of internal policies and procedures. Specifically, the analyst is responsible for reviewing a sample of account-level activities fulfilled by associates, and in turn providing consolidated and valuable feedback to help front-line units assess performance and coach associates. To be successful in this role, the analyst must maintain knowledge of the Consumer Investments Operations business structure, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and Merrill’s internal policies and procedures. Additionally, it is critical for the team to create strong partnerships, maintain productivity levels on a monthly basis, and ensure prompt and accurate results.
