Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, including client needs assessment.
- Stay updated on the firm’s latest planning tools, techniques, and strategies.
- Maintain relationships with management and inform them of circumstances needing supervisory review per compliance guidelines.
- Source prospective clients and leverage referrals.
- Provide customized solutions utilizing the resources of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
- Complete training and development to sustain a successful financial advising career.
Required Skills:
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) registrations required, with 5+ years’ experience.
- Established and portable practice with at least $1MM in production.
- Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth.
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to partner and promote lead generation.
