The team
The Global Payment Solutions (GPS) business is dedicated to turning technological advances into treasury solutions for our corporate clients globally – across all segments and industries. We utilize cutting-edge products and forward-thinking strategies to provide liquidity management, payment, receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX, and commercial card services with a personalized touch.
Programme Overview
Our 10-week summer analyst programme emphasises on-the-job training. You will be provided the opportunity to rotate between two GPS groups (sales and product) and better learn how we use the power of our people and technology to transform treasury solutions for our clients.
Training and Development
Your training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.
Responsibilities
As a summer analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Work with different product sets including cash management, liquidity, payments, foreign exchange, commercial card, trade, and supply chain finance.
- Understand the end-to-end business, from product development through to selling the solution to clients
- Ensure an effective hand over process to the Bank’s implementation team when new business is won, maintaining contact through the process to ensure client’s needs are met
- Attend client / prospective client visits to grow and win new business
- Participate in creating bespoke treasury solutions for clients
- Prepare and eventually deliver proposals and presentations
Eligibility:
- Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2026 and July 2027. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. Please note that we reserve the right to request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer.
- Must be available to join the Summer Internship programme from June to August 2026.
- You must be available to join the Graduate Analyst programme from July 2027 if you are selected following your 2026 Summer Internship.
- On track for a minimum 2:1 degree/ Merit classification (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English is essential for all roles.
