Overview
Global Operations Operations Analyst Summer 2026 – Bromley at Bank of America. The team develops innovative strategies and solutions designed to enhance clients’ performance and support clients in reaching their business goals. We deliver end-to-end trade lifecycle support for securities, loans, exchange and OTC derivative products beginning from pre-trade onboarding, including KYC/AML reviews to trade booking reconciliation, settlement and beyond.
Our Global Operations (GO) Summer Analyst opportunity offers an invaluable introduction to the Operations division and financial services industry. You will gain an understanding of the products we offer and trade, and how we manage them operationally to meet our clients’ needs. You will also have opportunities to meet and interact with a range of employees, building your professional network.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding, KYC (Know Your Client) /AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes including ongoing client refresh
- Data management, collection, and analysis
- Accurate set-up of client, account, and product reference data
- Process and risk review and continuous improvement implementation
- Trade validations, trade maintenance, break resolution and system reconciliation
- Settlement, clearing and reconciliation of processes
Eligibility
- Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2026 and July 2027. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. We may request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer.
- Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent)
- On track for a minimum 2:2 degree classification (or equivalent)
- Must be available to join the programme from June 2026 to August 2026
Candidates who perform well during the internship may be offered full-time employment to commence in July 2027; some lines of business may offer start dates in January or April. Availability of a deferral is not offered.
