Job Description:
Description: This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice and tailored solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include managing client leads, referring clients to appropriate partners, reviewing financial and investment goals with clients, developing financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees are expected to complete necessary licenses and training, and comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks. Failure to maintain registration can lead to disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial plans with clients using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
- Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
- Manage risks associated with daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66), with a condition to pass missing series within 60 days if not held.
- At least one year of experience in the investment industry and financial services.
- Experience in a sales environment with goal achievement.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage goals, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
