Role Description:
We are looking for someone to join the team who focuses on the set-up of client settlement instructions, management of cash balances to facilitate settlements, and support to key stakeholders. This role offers a high level of visibility as you will work with a number of internal teams to provide seamless delivery and support to a range of stakeholders and clients. You will apply critical thinking and an investigative mindset to review and remediate issues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Set-up of client settlement and confirmation static.
- Working closely with settlement operations to provide seamless services for our clients.
- Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure balance management monitoring processes are completed timely each day.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions to resolve exceptions throughout market cut-offs.
- Investigation of root cause of overdrawn bank accounts identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Investigating and resolving pre and post cash settlement discrepancies and non-receipts.
- Challenging the team’s processes and generating initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Builds Key Relationships with Static data teams to improve processes.
