The team
The Chief People Organisation (CPO) operates as a strategic partner to each area of the bank, focused on making Bank of America a great place to work for all employees in numerous ways including a focus on recognizing and rewarding performance, providing development and growth opportunities, ensuring a workplace that is inclusive and provides opportunity for all and supporting employees with physical, emotional and financial wellness.
Programme Overview
Working in partnership, the CPO teams provide a comprehensive service to the business. The CPO functions include Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning, Opportunity & Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services, Employee Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Security. During the two-year programme you will have the opportunity to rotate through some of these functions and to work on interesting and varied projects.
Training and Development
Your training and development is our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.
Responsibilities
As a Full Time analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating on projects across CPO that contribute to our key people strategies and initiatives.
- Supporting initiatives across the CPO team including for example in Benefits, Opportunity & Inclusion, Talent, Learning and Corporate Communications
Eligibility
- Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a completion time frame between September 2025 and July 2026. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. Please note that we reserve the right to request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer.
- Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
- To be eligible to apply for this role in Chester, you must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available.
- Able to join the programme in July 2026.
