The Cash and Reconciliation team is responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash, transaction, and account activity across multiple systems and bank accounts.

The role ensures timely identification, investigation, and resolution of exceptions while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting operational excellence., Cash Management

  • Monitor daily cash positions and funding requirements.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of the Leasing bank accounts, identifying and posting cash into the system of records and General Ledger via Manual Journal Entry.
  • Preparing and processing monthly direct debit collections files.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly General Ledger account reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions within agreed service levels.
  • Escalate ageing breaks and high-risk items appropriately.
  • Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
  • Generate, validate, and process customer billing and invoicing activities in accordance with contractual terms and service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
