Julius Baer in Guernsey invites recent graduates to join its 18‑month Graduate Programme designed to unleash potential through three rotations, including an international assignment. You will gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
As part of the CRO Division, you will support the Guernsey Branch’s credit team, learn the internal risk framework, contribute to credit proposals, monitor exposures, and assist with various tasks.
