Salary: £22,364.26 actual salary (FTE £25,918)
Contract: Term‑time only (39 weeks), 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work under the guidance and direction of the class teacher to support pupils learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
  • Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver learning activities and interventions.
  • Help create a safe, caring and purposeful classroom environment.
  • Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence and self‑esteem.
  • Support behaviour, routines, and positive relationships.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school.
