Individual Restaurants seeks a Head of Technology to lead IT operations across multiple sites in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will keep systems simple, reliable, and secure while supporting restaurant teams and central operations.

You’ll drive cloud adoption (Microsoft 365, Azure), manage vendors, and oversee incidents, continuity planning, and service delivery to enhance guest experiences and staff efficiency.
