As a Deputy Team Leader, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure exceptional service standards, a motivated and engaged team, and memorable guest experiences.

You'll lead by example, support the development of your colleagues, and play a key role in delivering a successful service, every shift.

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and lead shifts in the Team Leader's absence
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve their potential
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service standards are consistently exceeded Lead by example, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere on every shift
