About the Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the Longford team! You will lead the Sales Team, provide excellent customer service, supervise employees and assist the Sales Manager in managing the daily operations of the bakery within a fast‑paced food environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fast and friendly service
• Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
• Assist the Sales Manager with managing daily operations of the store
• Supervise the Sales Team
• Prepare and serve high quality foods, drinks, and coffees
• Train new Sales employees
• Open and close the store
• Merchandise products
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure safety at work
