Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join the St Helens team! Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast‑paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you! We’re open 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Fast and friendly service
- Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
- Assisting the Sales Manager with managing the daily operations of the store
- Supervising the Sales Team

- Training of new Sales employees
- Opening and closing of the store
- Merchandising products
