Development/Sizzle Producer
Initial TV is looking for an experienced Development Producer with exceptional sizzle‑cutting skills to join our busy development team.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of creating standout sizzles for major UK broadcasters and streamers, alongside experience developing ambitious entertainment and reality formats.
Start date: mid to end September 2026 for an initial 6 month contract. Location: London (hybrid working, 3–4 days per week in the office).
***Note***: this role requires significant experience cutting sizzle tapes for major UK broadcasters and streamers.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience cutting high‑quality sizzles using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Avid.
- Proficiency in using AI applications to enhance sizzle production and create compelling pitch decks.
- A strong editorial eye with excellent storytelling skills.
- A proven ability to develop large‑scale reality and entertainment formats, taking topline concepts through to detailed, pitch‑ready ideas.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK unscripted TV landscape, including recent commissions, broadcaster priorities and commissioning trends.
