Job Purpose

Providing editing support for the Digital team.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the Channel Strategy team to complete day-to-day editing of assigned social media clips and compilations

• Ensuring delivery deadlines and pre agreed briefs are met and communicated through all required workflow systems

• Ensuring file naming conventions and folder sutures are adhered to

• Assisting in setup of digital packages for delivery to online partners

• Metadata, closed captioning and subtitle preparation where required

• Raising purchase orders in EasyTrack

• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic video editing

• Able to learn and perform repetitive tasks

• Fast learner and keen to learn

• Tech-savvy / digital native

• Able to work to tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Fluency in multiple languages is highly preferred
