Providing administrative support for the EMEA Sales Team. Supporting Sales S/VPs in all aspects of sales administration Provision of Availability and Sales Reports Research catalogue for suitable programming to include in sales pitches Liaison with Legal & Business Affairs to provide assistance with contracts General sales enquiries and client liaison as required Preparation of travel itineraries and appointment schedules Liaison with post sales support needs and requests Prior experience at sales coordinator level within the television distribution industry Knowledge of the media landscape in EMEA Strong administrative skills including word/excel capability Additional EMEA languages desirable but not required Reporting to EVP, EMEA Sales & Acquisitions EMEA Contract Type Permanent If you apply for this role, your personal information will be used by Banijay for recruitment purposes and in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Policy Recruitment Privacy.
