Job Purpose: Providing administrative support for the EMEA Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales S/VPs in all aspects of sales administration
- Provision of Availability and Sales Reports
- Deal memo preparation
- Research catalogue for suitable programming to include in sales pitches
- Liaison with Legal & Business Affairs to provide assistance with contracts
- Liaison with Technical Services regarding delivery of materials
- Liaison with Credit Control and Royalties Accountant
- General sales enquiries and client liaison as required
- Preparation of travel itineraries and appointment schedules
- Liaison with post sales support needs and requests
- Other duties as required
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Prior experience at sales coordinator level within the television distribution industry
- Strong understanding of television distribution industry and terminology
- Knowledge of the media landscape in EMEA
- Strong administrative skills including word/excel capability
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Additional EMEA languages desirable but not required
- Previous experience with EasyTrack and Jaguar desirable but not required
