Reporting to Senior AI Solutions Lead

About the role

At Banijay, big ideas come to life when people have the confidence to embrace them. As our Adoption & Enablement Lead, you’ll help our teams turn AI’s potential into everyday impact. You’ll lead the adoption of AI tools, AI agents and other approved generative AI solutions, giving people the skills, support and inspiration to make them part of how they work. You’ll own an adoption programme that brings together hands‑on training, engaging communications, community building and practical change management - with clear measures to show what’s working and where we can go further.

Working with our operating companies, Group functions and AI Ambassadors network, you’ll make learning relevant to different roles, champion local successes and turn useful examples into resources everyone can build on. Alongside the Creative Technologist, you’ll help successful pilots reach more teams and become lasting ways of working. This is a client‑facing, operationally focused role for a change leader who knows how to connect people, technology and processes - and turn curiosity into confidence, adoption and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Build a clear path to adoption. Develop and deliver an adoption programme with defined audiences, priorities, rollout activities and success measures. Understand each team’s readiness, confidence and barriers, tailoring your approach to local needs.
  • Bring learning into real work. Lead hands‑on training, workshops, demonstrations and office hours built around the tasks people actually do. Help teams discover relevant uses for AI and give them the confidence to apply what they learn.
  • Make new ways of working easy to follow. Create accessible onboarding materials, workflow guides, practical scripts, quick‑reference cards and FAQs. Work with relevant specialists to keep resources aligned with Group policies and responsible use.
  • Be a trusted partner through change. Act as the day-to-day adoption contact for participating operating companies and Group teams throughout each rollout. Build relationships with leaders, managers and users, resolve barriers and escalation issues with clear recommendations.
  • Turn local champions into Group momentum. Coordinate the AI Ambassadors network, equipping champions to support colleagues, gather feedback and share useful examples. Lead engaging communications that explain what’s coming, celebrate credible successes and demonstrate practical value.
  • Help promising pilots reach more people. Partner with the Creative Technologist and business teams to validate role‑specific use cases, assess rollout readiness and support the transition from pilot groups to wider deployment. Ensure clear handovers, knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
  • Listen, learn and improve. Gather structured feedback through surveys, interviews and observation. Translate what you hear into actionable recommendations for product teams, technical partners and business leaders, improving training, rollout processes and tool configurations.
  • Make impact visible. Maintain clear adoption dashboards using available usage data, participation, user sentiment and agreed business measures. Track sustained use and measurable benefits, helping managers embed successful practices into everyday workflows.
  • Make success repeatable. Turn effective local approaches into shared resources, scalable playbooks and adoption practices that other teams can build on. Coordinate with technology, product and Group functions so each rollout strengthens the next.

Essential experience and skills

  • A track record of making change happen. 3–5 years’ experience in technology adoption, digital enablement, organisational change or digital transformation, with evidence of sustained changes in behaviour.
  • The ability to take pilots further. Experience moving tools, platforms or processes from early trials into wider, everyday use, with the training, support and operational coordination needed to succeed.
  • Practical AI know‑how. Hands‑on experience with key LLMs including ChatGPT and Copilot and generative AI tools, an understanding of useful workplace applications and the judgement to recognise their limitations.
  • A talent for building confidence. Strong facilitation and training skills, with experience delivering engaging workshops and enablement programmes that make unfamiliar concepts accessible.
  • Communication that connects. The ability to create clear, compelling communications and practical learning resources for different roles, cultures and levels of confidence.
  • The instinct to bring people together. Experience building active champions networks, earning stakeholder trust and influencing across teams and organisational boundaries.
  • A structured approach to lasting change. The ability to assess readiness, uncover adoption barriers and help managers embed new practices into everyday workflows.
  • An eye for evidence and improvement. Confidence combining usage data, adoption metrics and user sentiment with interviews and feedback to assess business impact and guide practical improvements.
  • Ownership and adaptability. Strong programme management and organisational skills, with the initiative to manage multiple operating companies and workstreams as priorities and technologies evolve.
  • Sound judgement. A thoughtful approach to confidentiality, responsible AI use and the trust that underpins successful adoption.

Additional strengths we’d welcome:

  • Experience rolling out AI, machine learning or automation tools across a large or decentralised organisation, particularly in media, entertainment or creative businesses.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and workflow automation.
  • Project management or agile delivery experience.

Your foundation: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Organisational Development or a related field. Change management certifications such as Prosci or CCMP would be an advantage.

First-year priorities

  • Set the starting point. Establish a clear picture of current adoption and agree meaningful outcomes with business owners, connecting success to the work that matters most to their teams.
  • Build momentum. Establish a regular rhythm of practical training, engaging communications and AI Ambassadors activity that keeps people learning, sharing and putting new skills to work.
  • Make change stick. Demonstrate sustained use and measurable improvements in priority workflows, tailoring support where uptake is uneven so more teams can realise the benefits.
