Job purpose:
The role will handle a wide range of tasks to support the smooth operation of production both on location and in the office.
This is an ideal entry level position for someone who is passionate about television and wants to learn on the job.
Duties:
- Administrative tasks, as well as supporting the production teams.
- Managing reception and greeting visitors.
- Booking couriers.
- Assisting with IT support.
- Proactive in anticipating the needs of the office and taking initiative.
Knowledge and skills:
- A full clean UK Driving licence.
- Good communication to be able to liaise effectively with various members of the production team.
- Highly organised, able to handle a variety of tasks and prioritise workload.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Able to work well to tight deadlines and adapt to fast turnaround.
- Previous experience as a Runner in a TV Production environment beneficial but not essential.
Reporting to: Head of Production β Workerbee
Contract type: 6-month contract
Working hours: 9:30am β 6pm
