About this role
This internship role offers hands on experience within a busy Music Department, supporting the team with day-to-day tasks across music clearance, reporting and administration. The Music Assistant Intern will help ensure productions have the correct music cleared and organised, while learning how rights and music clearance work in practice. The role provides an opportunity to gain industry knowledge by working with publishers, record labels and internal production teams.
Duties
- Assist the team with music clearance by helping track and organise requests from productions
- Carry out basic checks on PRS, PPL and broadcaster internal clearance systems to support clearance status, cue sheet and rights information
- Liaise with record labels to manage audio requests
- Download and organise audio files for production use
- Support the team with compiling music reporting information for productions
- Keep records updated and assist with general admin tasks for the Music Department
Essential Experience & Skills
- Good general admin and organisational skills
- Attention to detail when working with information
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets and file management
- Good communication skills and a willingness to liaise with different teams
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage tasks reliably

Director of Music Supervision.
Contract Type
Internship, 7 weeks (15/09-31/10/2025).
Hours
Monday-Friday β 9:30am β 6pm.
Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
