About this role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a global transformation programme, focused on delivering new integrations across rights management, media workflows, cloud, and data platforms.

The role will work closely with the Programme Director, technology teams, and operating companies (OpCos) to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure integration solutions meet business and technical needs.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in media/entertainment environments, combined with strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), data integration/analytics, and system-to-system workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for new system integrations.
  • Work with stakeholders to define integration points between rights management tools, MAM systems, data platforms, and finance systems.
  • Translate business needs into integration use cases, data mapping, and interface specifications.
  • Document end-to-end process flows, service journeys, and hand-offs across business and technology teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business, technical, and vendor teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Work with architects and engineers to validate integration approaches against business needs and enterprise standards.
  • Support review of supplier solution designs by validating business requirements, dependencies, and integration impacts across multi-vendor and supplier technology stacks.
  • Capture and validate requirements for data flows, APIs, and reporting outputs.
  • Align integration designs with cloud services (AWS/GCP), security, and monitoring standards.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in existing workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain structured documentation to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system or data integration projects.
  • Media/entertainment industry experience, with exposure to rights management, content workflows, or AdTech/MediaTech platforms desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, analytics, and/or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  • Ability to produce interface specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Group and OpCo landscapes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to documentation.

Programme Director.

Contract Type

Fixed-term for 12 months, full-time.

Hours

Monday-Friday – 9:30am - 6pm.

Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).
