We are looking for a multi-skilled Security Systems Field Engineer to join our growing team of security professionals. This is a dual-role position combining installation, commissioning, servicing, and emergency response for a wide range of electronic security systems across residential and commercial properties. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality security solutions, ensuring optimal system functionality, and providing excellent customer support.

What can you bring to Banham?
- Previous experience in alarm installs and service of fire/intruder alarms and CCTV products is essential for this position.
- Proficiency in servicing, installing, maintaining, and repairing intruder alarm systems.
- Have some knowledge of broader electronic security systems: CCTV, entry and access control systems, and fire alarms.
- Experience in the wider product range would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
Role requirements:
- Previous experience working as a security installations engineer.
- Basic IT knowledge, e.g. software installation into Windows Operating Systems, IP based systems, and networking principles.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Must have a flexible attitude towards working hours and changing working requirements.
- Pass an enhanced DBS to facilitate working in schools and sites that support vulnerable people.
What will you get in return? You will be entitled to a highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and a great range of benefits including 33 days Annual Leave.
